Somerset and Surrey official fixture records confirm the County Championship match at Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton, on 24 September 2026. The ECB lists it in Round 16, and the exact-event record identifies it as the 70th Match of Division One.

The two official club records and BBC display a 10:30 BST start, deterministically equal to 09:30 UTC or 3:00 PM IST. Conflicting secondary and provider start displays remain documented in the linked research record.

Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton is confirmed, but the fixture records do not establish the prepared surface, boundary setup, weather, or how conditions will change across four days.

Those conditions require separate dated evidence and cannot be inferred from the ground name, county identities, or a neutral fixture illustration.

Current status, later timing changes, toss, innings, and scores may refresh only inside the established fixture panels for record 68961 when supplied by the feed.
